Can you take over an application filed by someone else or by me?
Yes. You sign an authorisation (Form TM-48) authorising us to act for you, and we file it with the Registry. Your application number and filing date stay the same.
What kinds of problems can you fix?
Formalities objections (missing or wrong documents, applicant details, power of attorney), corrections and amendments, replies to examination reports, hearings and oppositions.
What if the reply deadline is close or has passed?
Tell us straight away with the application number. What can be done depends on the exact status and dates, so we review the record first and tell you your options.
Do I lose my filing date if I switch to you?
No. Taking over an application keeps it alive with its original filing date. That’s why rescuing an application is usually better than refiling.
What does the takeover review cost?
₹999 per application for the review and plan. The work that follows (correction, reply, hearing) is quoted upfront, with any official fee shown separately.
